This is the same for shipping stock to a customer. Once the garments have left our premises we are not liable if the shipment arrives damaged or gets lost.
If a customer has checked the stock while in our premises and notices a garment has a fault etc. we will correct the garment.
PRODUCTION
We aim to complete most orders in 8-12 weeks, some orders could be made quicker. Orders can take up to 6 months from starting the order, this is all based on what you are making and quantities per order. If picking stock fabrics that are ready to be shipped to us for production then the timelines will be quicker. However if we are creating custom fabrics or labels/trims for your order, all fabric/trims and labels must be delivered to us prior to us starting. It is to our discretion if we are able to start the production a bit earlier on other designs that we have the fabric for.
GARMENT TOLERANCE
Please note there is garment sewing tolerances as all of our garments are cut and sewn by humans so small discrepancies in the sewing is possible and no garment will be 100% be the same as another.
SEWING THREADS
We will always do our best to colour match our threads to the fabric, however it might not be 100% possible to colour every single shade. So if you are adamant that a certain colour of thread must be used, then you must please provide the threads to us so we can use it in your samples and production.
FABRICS
If we are sourcing fabric and the fabric is being made to order specifically for your order, a rough timeline will be given to you as to how long it will take for the fabric to be made however as we are not making the fabric in-house, we are using fabric manufacturers to make the fabric for us. We cannot take responsibility for delays made on their side when making the fabric, it is out of our control. Due to various components are required to make your fabric such as weaving the yarns, dyeing and finishing the fabric there is a possibility for delays. Please ensure you take this into account in your critical path, it is always recommended to plan your order way in advance in case there is a delay. Then we can start production when we have all components - all fabrics, trims and labels. We recommend to all clients to always give theirselves a few extra months extra incase delays do occur so you do not miss your planned launch times and always plan way in advance your collection.
CUSTOM DYEING/ DYE BATCH
When our fabric manufacturers are custom dyeing your fabric, it is possible that there will be a small discrepancy between fabric rolls, the colour can come out slightly different which is normal. This again is normal when purchasing stock fabric from a supplier, there can be small differences to the fabric shade, again this is normal. Also please note that there can be small differences between the stretch of the fabric too, as the fabric could be made from different batches.
